Don't Trust the Photos - this place is a dump.

This hotel is literally under construction. It's a series of prefab bungalows that have been slapped together with tape and glue. do not trust the photos. The hot tubs are empty, everything is falling apart and the couches are disgusting. The hot water heaters barely work and only for about 3 minutes. Claims to be non smoking, except there are cigarette burns everywhere and everything reeks of smoke. The stray cats will not leave you alone. The chickens behind the hotel make noise all night long. The young man at the front desk is incredibly unhelpful. The bar next door features live music until 12am and there are bungalows adjacent. They are building and making noise all day long. And to top it all off, someone across the street was burning a huge pile of garbage essentially next to the hotel and filled our room with hot garbage smell. Our entire group (we were there for work and rented 6 bungalows) checked out a day early just to get out of there.

Ontvangst was matig, complex is in verval geraakt, de tuin is niet onderhouden, overal liggen rottende sinaasappelen die van de bomen zijn gevallen. De bungalow is slecht onderhouden, stopcontacten worden met plakband aan de muur bevestigd. Plinten zijn kapot, badkamer licht is kapot, het dak lekt, waterkoker zat vol met kalk en de jacuzzi waar ik naar uitkeek deed het nog ineens. Al met al een slecht onderhouden locatie wat zonde is.

Temizlik konusunda her şey çok kötüydü. Bahçede bulunan masalar kirliydi. Jakuzi kötü durumdaydı. Yatak temizlenmemiş hem lekeli hem tüyler doluydu. Tuvalette ağır koku vardı ve temiz değildi. Oturma alanı süpürülmemiş önceki müşterinin artıkları vardı. Bu durumu iletmemize rağmen düzeltilmedi ve ikinci kere söyleyince gelip temizlemeye başladılar. 2 saat bahçede sıcak altında bayram günü temizliği bekledik. Bitti denildiğinde yatağa yeni serilen çarşaflar kirliydi. Tekrar değiştirdi. Perde kırıktı. Ve her soruna bi bahane sundular. Bir daha asla tercih etmem ve kimseye önermem

Personel iletişimi maalesef ki sıfır, düşünün ki otelden çıkış yaptık anahtarları teslim ettik 1 buçuk saat sonra arandım bugün çıkış gözüküyor ama çıkmamışsınız dendi. Daha vahim bir durum söyleyeyim 3 gün konakladık ilk gün sabahı her şeyden habersiz kahvaltı söylemiştik kahvaltımız bittiğinde aradık alınması için kapının önüne koyun dendi… etrafta kediler var dediğimizde sorun değil cevabı aldık. Tabi ki diğer günler kahvaltı isteyemedik çünkü biz oteli terk edene kadar ilk gün söylediğimiz kahvaltının çatalları hala kapı önündeydi. Jakuzi borusu yırtık boşaltmak istediğimizde her yer göl. Şofbenden su akıyor bi kumaş parçası bağlanmış devamlı su sesi duymak zorundasınız gibi gibi…

Antalya tatilimiz için 4 gece konakladigimiz bu tesiste herşey çok güzel baslamisti.Bahce çok geniş ve rahattı kahvaltı bence yeterliydi ve klima çok güzel calisiyordu.İnterneti hızlı ve rahat kullanilabiliyordu.Genis ve son derece rahattı.En büyük sikintimiz özellikle 2 gece cektigimiz kanalizasyon kokusu olmuştu.Biz atık tesisinin yanında olduğu için bir nebze koku problemi yaşarız zannediyorduk ancak bundan öte bungalovda ağır kanalizasyon kokusu geliyordu ve sürekli lavaboda temizlik yaptık kokuyu geçirmek için.Genel manada herşey çok güzeldi sadece bu bahsettiğimiz dışında herşey çok iyidi.Calisanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydu.

Küçük pürüzlü güzel bir seyahat

Isıtmasını çok beğendim en çok ondan çekiniyordum, karşılama güzeldi , sabah kahvaltı servisi güzeldi, birtek duş başlıklarından çok az su geliyor bozuk. Ek olarak hotels.com da küçük mutfak olduğu belirtiliyor ama bardak olması mutfak olduğunu göstermez yanıltıcı bir bilgi olmuş

Günlerce kimse gelip temizlik yapmadı yeni bardak getirmediler biz istedikçe yeni havlu getirdiler. Sivrisinek çok var ama evin içinde böcek vs yoktu hizmet harici hersey güzeldi kahvaltı getirenlerden memnun kaldık sabah kahvaltı masası kurup bittikten sonra topluyorlardı.
