So this wouldn’t be such a low review if money hadn’t gone missing from my bag today.
Maybe stupidly I left my handbag behind reception as my flight was late, I had English cash in the bag along with passports so again maybe my fault for leaving important things I wouldn’t want to lose.
I had counted my money the night before so know exactly what I had, maybe it would of been better if it had all been taken but just a chunk was - maybe in hope I didn’t notice. I feel extremely let down.
We stayed in room 407 , it was tidy and was cleaned daily except weekends.
The smell in the bathroom in the morning was t ideal, like sewage but I heard others complaining about this so I assume there is nothing that can be done.
One of the chairs in the room was also broken and wobbly.
Breakfast is very repetitive.
Bar staff/servers were lovely however the reception staff were always miserable and not too willing to help.
Pool towels were disgustingly dirty so I would recommend bringing your own.
When I checked out I had items on my bill that I definitely hadn’t had so make sure you make a note of the drinks you charge to your room.
Nice to have a fridge and small freezer.
Didn’t use the job so can’t comment.
The hotel is beautifully situated and has lovely character but I simply cannot give it a good review after what has happened to me personally.
