Nice new hotel, excellent staff, good sized room and very clean bathroom, brilliant choice for breakfast. The only negative was the very limited evening main meal choice of either grilled chicken, grilled beef or pasta.

Receptionist who calls herself a lower level supervisor, called the police on upset customer who apparently just came out of a hospital and was trying to get her clothes from laundry service. This shows the lack of civility and professionalism in the hotel and is not worth the money. The stars are misleading. Instead of resolving her issue the receptionist made it difficult and won’t do her job. Her ignorance/laziness was bigger than her thinking capabilities and I felt upset for the situation. Overall the hotel is mediocre and they hire the wrong people for the wrong positions. There was only one person who was helpful. His name was Ibrahim. I did not like stay because they also failed to deliver my clothes in the room.

Obnoxious person doing nothing but trouble working at the desk, refused to let me speak with her manager refused to identify herself. It is a 2 or 3 star hotel. It’s a shame that a Hampton operates like this in Antalya. Doesn’t feel like Hampton at all. It’s just a name. They should fire this lady, there’s a lot of better and prepared people looking for work in turkey to do this job that deals with travelers mostly. They don’t want your business. They just want to give you headaches. Don’t come here if you expect great service. Mediocre laundry service, mediocre appointed person to cover semi-managerial tasks, mediocre communication, mediocre everything. Truly awful.

The hotel is great! The new one! Very comfortable beds. It ‘s close to the airport , about 6-8 min drive only ( be aware, some of the taxi drivers do not want to go there from the airport as it close and the hotel doesn’t offer the shuttle bus).

Nice hotel to stay, very clean all around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shopping mall and shopping places are nearby and very close to the airport. Cost around 10 euro by taxi from Antalya Airport to the hotel.
