This holiday home is a house of new construction, completed approximately in 2003, and designed to the good taste of its owners.

This house pretended to be the `` country house '' that many families have, who live during the week in the city and on the weekend try to escape to be able to get away a little from the stress that comes with daily routine and relax in peace and harmony. The fundamental reason that led us to dedicate it to Rural Tourism was the enormous amount of work that has occurred in previous years and that did not allow us to fully enjoy it.

You will enjoy a rustic style combined with originality and comfort in its facilities. The house has unique details that will make you feel incredible sensations that only the traveler who spends their vacations in it will be able to enjoy them and transmit them to their surroundings.

In addition, the villa has various prizes thanks to the good service offered to the visitor, such as the 'Q' for Tourist Quality. This seal is the brand that represents quality in the Spanish tourism sector and that contributes to our accommodation a series of criteria such as: prestige, differentiation, reliability, rigor and promotion.

The accommodation is in perfect condition thanks to the enormous maintenance and cleaning tasks that we perform on it, but at the same time we are very excited to be gratified with the trust that visitors place on it.

The house is located in the municipality of Antequera, La Higuera, in the south of El Torcal natural area. From the villa you can see the natural landscape `` El Torcal'', which is an attraction for the area, which causes the massive arrival of many travelers excited to enjoy such a tourist enclave. The farm is located in an olive grove of approximately 11,000 m², which will make you enjoy a tranquility and unique aromas that this tree gives off.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to El Torcal National Park. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a private pool and a kitchen in the villa.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Villa! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. Der Pool und die Rasenfläche sind von einem Zaun umgeben, was der Sicherheit kleiner Kinder sehr dient. Es gibt mehrere Plätze, an denen Sie draußen sitzen und die Schönheit des wunderschönen Gartens und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge genießen können. In der Gegend herrscht absolute Ruhe und Erholung, sodass Sie sich vollkommen entspannen können. In der Umgebung des Hauses gibt es eine Reihe kleiner Dörfer, in denen Sie alles finden, was Sie an Lebensmitteln oder einer Kleinigkeit zum Essen und Trinken benötigen. In diesen Dörfern gibt es auch Spielplätze für die Kinder und viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen. Wenn Sie in die größeren Städte wollen, müssen Sie etwas länger fahren, mindestens eine halbe bis eine Stunde, aber es ist machbar. Dieser Ort ist perfekt für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub mit Ruhe und Entspannung.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit vielen Details ausgestattet, darunter WLAN und Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern. Es gibt ein Geschäft in 200 m Entfernung und einen voll ausgestatteten Supermarkt im Ort, sowie Bars und Restaurants, in denen man sehr gut essen kann. Antonio, der Besitzer, und sein Sohn waren sehr nett und wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus hat alles, um einen Urlaub zu genießen.

Recientemente nos hemos alojado en familia en esta preciosa casa situada muy cerca del torcal Queremos comentar que tal y como nos pareció a primera vista, la casa y su ubicación nos han proporcionado justo lo que buscábamos, tranquilidad, buenas vistas, aire puro, piscina y sobretodo una casa confortable / acogedora y muy muy limpia ( no siempre hemos encontrado una casa así de limpia allí donde hemos ido ). La recomendamos sin duda, y volveremos!. Super recomendable para familias con niños, la piscina vallada , muchos jugos de mesa , libros, películas y un columpio que ha hecho las delicias de nuestro hijo.

Simplemente la casa es MARAVILLOSA!. Muy limpia y con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar para pasar unas vacaciones de ensueño. Llevamos más de 10 años veraneando en casas rurales de toda la provincia, y esta, sin duda alguna, es la mejor de todas las que hemos estado. La piscina es genial y siempre limpia. Los jardines, encantadores. La huerta, magnifica. Los propietarios lo mejor de lo mejor. También nos obsequiaron con aceite de los olivos que rodean la casa y un bote con chuches para los peques. El entorno, perfecto; a menos de 5 min. tenemos todo lo que necesitemos. Hemos disfrutado de una semana perfecta, que seguro repetiremos en más de una ocasión. Muchas gracias y saludos.
