Charming house on the shores of Lake Geneva

Our house (110m2) is located 100m from the beach of "Champ de l'eau" on Lake Geneva.
It has a large garden of 500m2, a barbecue, a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided), a garden shed.
The restaurant "Les pieds dans l'eau" is 50m away.
The refreshment bar "La Godille", with small catering, is 200m away (summer season only)

SUMMER
You can enjoy Lake Geneva and the mountains.
On the beach, you will find a rental of canoes, paddles, pedal boats, windsurfing boards 100m away.

CHRISTMAS PERIOD
- Come and enjoy the 2 magnificent Christmas markets of Thonon-Les-Bains (5 min by car) and Montreux in Switzerland (1 hour by car).
- For a different atmosphere, come and stroll through the driftwood village: "the fabulous village of the Flottins" in Evian-Les-Bains (20 minutes by car); you will meet the flottins and flottines who will tell you their stories.
The "Fabuleux Village" is an extraordinary cultural event that resolutely takes the opposite view of commercial Christmases. We enter a bubble of dreams and poetry where nothing is for sale, where everything is to be dreamed and imagined!

WINTER
You can go downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring because the slopes are between 25 minutes and 50 minutes away by car.

IN ALL SEASONS
You can visit Evian-Les-Bains, Thonon-Les-Bains, Yvoire, Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Chamonix.
