Central, close to beaches and shops. Antibes is located on the edge of the Mediterranean.

The city is located north of Cap d'Antibes, with a seafront facing the Bay of Angels and Nice clearly visible to the east. The East of the Cape offers sandy beaches, called Garoupe, then closer to the city center, Salis, Ponteil, and finally Gravette beach, nestled at the foot of the ramparts. Beyond Fort Carré, the pebble beach of the Fort extends to Villeneuve-Loubet. To the west of this cape, Juan-les-Pins, a seaside resort administratively attached to Antibes, offers golden sandy beaches facing due south and a view of the Lérins islands. This seaside district is centered around the beaches and the port of Golfe Juan.
