Cet appartement d exception , ultra sécurisé au dernière étage est unique et rare!
Situé aux abords de la vieille ville d'Antibes, il possède 3 chambres, qui ont chacune leur salle de bain,leur clim, un vaste séjour, 2 terrasses, dont la plus grande de 50 m2 offre une vue panoramique à 180 degrés sur la vieille ville, la mer, le port, les montagnes..
Situé à deux pas de la vieille ville, du marché provençal, des plages et du musée Picasso, et pourtant d'un calme absolu en toutes saisons..

Attention Airbnb situe mon logement à 20 minutes d’une plage qui s appelle La Salis , mais il se situe également à 7 minutes d une autre plage : La Gravette
Cet appartement est cosy et chic,
dispose d'un séjour spacieux et lumineux séjour avec cuisine totalement équipée , 3 chambres dont 2 avec des lit de 160x190 et 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples de 90 , avec climatisation et placards de rangements ainsi qu'une salle de bain par chambre , et un toilette dans 2 d entre elles.
Un troisième toilette se trouve dans l appartement .
Une terrasse de 70 m2 surplombant la ville vous permettra de prendre vos repas à l extérieur.
Une autre petite terrasse est attenante à l une des chambres .
L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de toutes commodités, à 2 min à pied vous trouverez : des supermarchés, restaurants, bars, nouveau cinéma « Cinéplanet », boutiques, pharmacies, le port Vauban, centre ville ..
• à 7 minutes à pied de la plage de la Gravette, du musée Picasso et du marché provençal.

Le gros avantage de vivre en plein centre d'Antibes est le fait que la gare se trouve à 7 minutes à pied. Cela permet de visiter Cannes (20 minutes par train - en été, train toutes les 20 minutes), ou en bus ( le 200) Nice (30 minutes), Monaco, Eze et beaucoup de villages sur la route.
Et pourquoi ne pas passer une journée sur Saint-Tropez en prenant le ferry qui vous emmène au pied du village?
Enfin, beaucoup de navettes et de bus sont à proximité pour aller sur les plages aux alentours

Le logement se situe à 7 minutes de la plage la plus proche , et à 20 minutes d une autre plage .
