The property was as described but the check in was appalling. All relevant details were emailed to the company checkmyguest as requested prior to arrival however we did not get access to the assistant for 4 hours. Only after 22 phones calls and constantly being ignored did we get in. I was in the process of arranging alternative accommodation when somebody arrived with a key. Was promised an explanation and compensation ( which I have the messages) but was then completely ignored again.
