Great Location

Close to everything, a little noisy with the doors open, but not too bad. Clean and the building is nice also. Would go back.

Die Lage der Wohnung war wirklich top. Fußläufig in unter 5 Minuten waren Strand, Bahnhof, zwei Supermärkte und alle möglichen Bars und Restaurants. Wir sind aber zum Strand "Beach Port Gallice"gelaufen, die paar Minuten mehr lohnen sich sehr.Das Apartment war leider nicht besonders sauber, nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Ausgenommen hiervor war das Badezimmer, das sehr sauber war. Wir mussten alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs selbst kaufen wie Seife, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl. Ich weiß, dass es sich um eine Ferienwohnung handelt und nicht um ein Hotel, aber üblicherweise sind solche Dinge zumindest von den Vermietern noch da. Das hat in meine Bewertung aber nicht mit reingespielt. Die Fenster dämmten den Schall gut, trotzdem war die Müllabfuhr laut.Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktionierte gut. Allerdings haben wir lange im Voraus unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verkürzt, was preislich nicht berücksichtigt wurde von Fewo-Direkt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hätten wir den Trip noch kostenlos stornieren und neu buchen können, was ich der Gastgeberin auch mitteilte. Diese sagte mir zu, uns das Geld für die eine Nacht einfach in bar vor Ort zu geben. Als es dann soweit war, rechnete sie sich die Situation schön und gab uns dann etwa 40% des eigentliches Betrages. Es wäre ja kein Problem gewesen für uns, die Buchung einfach neu vorzunehmen, deshalb ist dieser Vorfall umso ärgerlicher. Deshalb und aufgrund der dürftigen Sauberkeit 3 Sterne.
