June Antibes Family Vacation

Great trip! Located short walk to the beach, grocery store and key bus stops to get to Juan-les-Pins, Antibe or Golf-Juan. Juan-les-Pins and Golf-Juan are also 20-30 minute walks which are nice in the evening. Travelling from Nice airport via taxi is expensive, uber is cheaper, and taking transit involves a train and a bus. Great unit, great pool and great time all-in-all. Unit is top floor of the building with no AC so is very hot all through the evening.

Juan Flore Stay. Juan de la Pin/Antibes

I recently stayed at this property in Juan de La Pins and overall, I had a positive experience. The location was fantastic - it was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which was great for me and my family. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. However, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise great stay. Firstly, there was no toilet paper provided upon our arrival, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the dryer in the room was quite dirty and sticky, which was not ideal. Finally, the parking garage was very small and difficult to maneuver, and there was barely enough space to park our vehicle. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this rental for its excellent location and spacious accommodations. The host was also helpful and responsive, which was appreciated. Overall, it was an above-average stay, and the host even brought over a new hair dryer when the one in the room didn't work.

Zou een prachtig appartement kunnen zijn, maar ....

Het appartement kan duidelijk een opfrisbeurt gebruiken, vooral het terrasmeubilair (een zetel volledig stuk, de andere stoelen duidelijk versleten), de terrasverlichting (een lamp compleet stuk), het droogrek voor het wasgoed totaal verroest en de inhoud van de keukenkastjes (geen kopjes, enkel mokken, slechts 1 champagneglas, slechts 5 wijnglazen, waardoor je bijna dagelijks de vaatwasser moet gebruiken).

Ruhig und entspannt für die Familie

Wohnung war sauber und ohne Mängel, Einrichtung hauptsächlich IKEA schon etwas abgewohnt, aber noch ok. Leichte Lärmbelästigung durch Bahngleise zwischen Anlage und Strand und Einflugschneise Flughafen, aber nicht sehr laut oder störend.
