The apartment was cosy and a perfect example of how to make the best use of space. The beds were comfortable for two adults and one child. The black out blinds were great and it also had very good double glazing and a cute balcony. It’s ideally located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, also within easy walking distance of old Antibes and all the surrounding beaches. Very clean, secure, and peaceful, it’s facing away from the main road for extra quiet. Good air conditioning with quiet mode. The kitchen and bathroom are functional and well-equipped. The host even provided little extra touches such as fresh coffee and a delicious olive spread. The host’s friendliness, and accommodating nature also made the check in and check out experience very smooth. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and I would happily return.

This place is the perfect little studio. It accommodated my friend and I perfectly. It is a little small but perfect space for 2-3 people. It’s so close to the beach and to so many restaurants and the hosts of this place are extremely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about the place!

Mon mari et moi (50-60 ans), nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour assez agrĂ©able dans le studio Ă  Juan-les-Pins, proposĂ© par CĂ©fali. Comme c'est indiquĂ© dans l'annonce, studio est climatisĂ© (c'est vrai qu'il est difficile de rĂ©gler la clim comme on veut), proche des plages (Ă  700 mĂštres Ă  pieds) et des commerces. Les propriĂ©taires sont agrĂ©ables et chaleureux, ponctuels et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Dans le studio il y a un lave-linge, la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y a deux canapĂ©s dĂ©pliants, qui sont idĂ©als pour les gens qui aiment dormir sur les matelas durs. Nous, on a mis un matelas gonflable sur un canapĂ©, car on n'aime pas dormir sur le dur. Les fenĂȘtres donnent sur la cour, c'est pourquoi nous n'Ă©tions pas trop dĂ©rangĂ©s par le bruit, Ă  l’exceptions des cris des mouettes de temps en temps. Vous pouvez prendre le petit dĂ©j sur une petite terrasse et aller Ă  la mer matin et soir, comme nous l'avons fait et visiter parfois les alentours. Galina et Christophe.

La location était trÚs bien sauf le tuyau de douche qui était bcp trop court .la machine a laver pas du tt pratique sur le balcon surtout quand on a le vertige.a part ça trÚs bien
