Just 10 minutes away is the stunning Baie des Milliards, with coastal hiking paths. You can also enjoy a sun-soaked day at the Plage de la Garoupe, located a mere 5-minute walk from your rental and featuring seaside dining. From Garoupe Beach starts a footpath called Sentier de Tirepoil which is far from any urban area. This walk, with pathways and steps in the steeper parts, is easy to walk, as long as you wear comfortable shoes. From the big car park on Avenue Andre Sella, you barely have to walk 200m (660ft) to leave the urban area and find yourself looking over Nice and the Baie des Anges. From this point, you\'ll only hear the sea, the wind, and seagulls.

For art enthusiasts, the renowned Picasso Museum is just a 10-minute drive away, and the vibrant party atmosphere of Juan-Les-Pins as well as the famous Cours Massena Market are also about the same distance.
