Spacious charming, chic and refined 160m2 apartment in Antibes with sea view on the ground floor with magnificent swimming pool area and pétanque court.

Very easy to access: 20 mins from the airport, 15 mins from Cannes, 20 mins from Nice, 40 mins from Monaco. Bus stop in front of the villa, train station 5 minutes away, old town of Antibes and beaches 10 minutes away.
The apartment with an area of 170M2 on the ground floor of a very beautiful villa is completely private. It has a spacious living room of 70 M2 opening onto a large private terrace with a nice sea view.
It includes a large fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Nespresso)...
Its 3 beautiful bedrooms decorated with taste, will ensure you great comfort with quality bedding. They all have their own private bathroom and toilet. 2 of them open onto a large and peaceful terrace in the shade of a century-old cedar with relaxation area (hammock, sofa). In summer you will hear the cicadas.
You will also enjoy a magnificent shared swimming pool area with a lounge and relaxation area and a games area including (petanque court, large trampoline, table tennis table, etc.). You will have the possibility of privatizing this space which includes a summer kitchen. It is also possible to rent a 20m2 studio (equipped kitchen / shower room / toilet) supplement to be provided.
