Welcome to our apartment in an exceptional location,
Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: 95 m2 of living space, large fitted kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, washing machine, two terraces, swimming pool, and garage in the basement.
The accommodation is composed of two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with television and access to the large terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and kettle.
The basic products in the kitchen and the bathroom will also be present so that you can take full advantage when you arrive in the accommodation.
There is an Internet box in the accommodation.
Non-smoking apartment.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged €30 to be paid on arrival.

## Neighborhood

The residence, very quiet, is surrounded by a pretty little maintained park, and has a private swimming pool. You will be 300m from the sea.
A bakery and small snacks are a 2-minute walk away.
Set back from the city center, you can get there in about ten minutes from Antibes by car.

## Transit

Access to accommodation from Nice Côte d'Azur airport is possible by bus: take bus 250 towards Golfe Juan and get off at Antibes – La Fontonne. The journey takes about 40 minutes and this stop is located 300m from the apartment.
You can also ask us to organize a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the apartment.
The Antibes SNCF train station is a 20-minute walk away, allowing you to visit Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or Italy easily.
You can also come by car and park in the residence's private garage.
