The room was small, but clean and comfortable. I booked a room with a private bath and patio, and got a room with a shared bath off a common hallway. I did not complain, because I think the patio room was on the third floor of this 3-story walkup, and I have difficulty walking distances and stairs. This property is ideal for younger, energetic people on a budget. There is a well-equiipped communal kitchen. I don’t recommend it for older people who may need handicap accommodations such as grab-bars in the bathrooms, etc. or can't climb stairs. That said, the staff was wonderful and considerate, carrying my luggage up and down, etc.The wifi is very good.

Construction was going on from 7:00AM until almost 9:00 PM. No parking, no restaurant, and the shower was barely functional. The “suite with a patio” was a very small room with a small bathroom window. Not as represented online.

Demasiado claustrofóbico el lugar. Ninguna ventana en la habitación que se pudiiera abrir. Muy oscura, sin closet sino un mueble donde colocar cosas, sin ganchos para colgar ropa. La TV sin señal, no se pudo utilizar y el lugar en si no es como se muestran en las imágenes. Resalto de las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables

Positiv: Hotelpersonal ist freundlich Kritik: - Zimmer sehr laut, man hört jeden LKW, jedes Moped. - Zimmer ohne Fenster - einzige Lüftungsoption via Toilette - Toilette hat ein Fenster zum Gang, jeder Besucher kann hinein schauen haha! - Matratzen aufgerissen Zusammenfassung: scheinbar für Langzeitaufenthalte für guamaltesische Gastarbeiter ausgelegt. Für Touristen kann ich es nicht empfehlen, außer sie sind anspruchslos. Aber für 60€ würde ich besser 3 Mal Nächte im Hostel nehmen
