Super expensive for the type of accommodation. Room was very weird as we can see thru the bathroom from entrance, which also had a bathtub. Breakfast was very minimal and lacked options for vegetarians. Staff and outside ambience were good.

I had an incredible stay. Estiben took care of all my needs including helping me with my Spanish and arranging for tours. The hiel is very quiet and peaceful with a stunningly beautiful garden and patio. It’s a short walk to the Santa Catalina arch and very close to the entry point for the hike to Cerro de la Cruz.

The hotel has a tranquil atmosphere and is in a relatively quiet area, but is a short walk to all destinations in the old city. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It felt like coming home at the end of the day.
