Hotel El Carmen with all its extremely kind people was beautiful. Especially dining on the rooftop terrace was such a treat every morning and night. Food was delicious. Location is excellent, you can walk everywhere and it was very safe.

Traveled with 3 kids, stayed in the family suite- A/C was so cold during these hot summer days absolutely perfect. Food was great, attentive staff, quite location. Phenomenal access to all the hot spots within walking distance ! Would highly recommend ! We also booked the airport transfer through them directly. The driver was absolutely amazing from beginning to end book the same driver on the way back would highly recommend arranging transportation directly through them.
