The first room we were placed in was dark, poor ventilated and with black mold. We requested a change and they moved us to one that was as bad and placed next to their warehouse, with a clogged bathroom and loud sounds of staff from five am. The room was poorly cleaned after several requests, only at 6 pm. The staff did not take responsibility or responded to legitimate concerns of health (black mold!) or even minor requests of a fruit (that we were of course willing to pay) for a hungry toddler. likjn

The place was very nice and clean. The service was very good. It felt very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Good location. Good bang for your buck. We were very pleased with our stay. It’s pet friendly which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

The hotel was nice. I love the garden inside the hotel. Breakfast was good, but it’s not free. I hope they can offer free breakfast with the price that we paid.
