Amazing boutique hotel! Loved my stay there! The service there was great! The receptionist Vanessa was very nice and helped a lot to make our stay great. The location is superb! You can walk everywhere. The hotel courtyard is very nicely decorated. Perfect to sit around and drink coffee. This was a friendly, classic Guatemalan hotel. My room was fine but needed more outlets and while baths were ok, they need to be renovated. The staff was lovely and helpful. Great rooftop dining and music. With a few upgrades this could be a 4 star hotel!
