Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Some barriers would be internet didn't work so I couldn't pay with credit card, had to find an atm to pay. Also no airport shuttle, had to call uber but because it is in a gated community, I had to walk to the entrance to meet uber.

Terrible customer service. Hotel never responded

They canceled my reservation with the excuse that they had "technical difficulties". When I called to clarify the situation, they did not answer the phone. I made my reservation a couple of months back taking advantage of the price, so I believe they were not satisfied with the price at the time, since those dates are very demanding due to the end of the year rates. It is not my fault that the price for my reservation was lower than what they have in mind to give the rooms for.

Super nice, very clean and beautifully furnished. Staff didn't speak English, and we didn't speak much Spanish, but we made it work! Very friendly, delicious breakfast and fabulous coffee.

Pousada muito agradável, local lindo e pessoal atencioso. Café-da-manhã razoável. Distância de 1 Km até a praça Central. Caminhada ou taxi. Não arrumaram o quarto pela manhã e em alguns momentos você sente a pousada um pouco abandonada. Tem potencial para melhorar e se transformar numa excelente pousada

El hotel tiene mucho potencial y están tratando de hacerlo, pero si hay cosas que mejorar como las duchas, ya que la nuestra no funcionaba, tuvimos que quejarnos por la cortina del baño ya que estaba muy sucia y hasta 3 días después la cambiaron, el desayuno está bien pero muy básico, las 2 personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables. El hotel está especial para descansar, ya que no está en el centro y por tanto no hay bulla. La seguridad un 100. Considero que para el precio está aceptable pero podría mejorar
