Reception is 2 to 3 hours daily if you have an issue no one is there to help. Shower area was smelly & rough, No shower gel/ Shampoo we did buy our own. I had parking for 3 days but charged for 4 days which is rip off really. They mentioned this is their rule you have to pay for the parking for whole booking even you are not using. I would strongly not recommend this place for your family holidays. Thanks

Business stay in Ambassador Suites

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past for business, and have found the facility well-suited to my needs. I should point out that it lacks air-conditioning and there were days that it was very hot. In addition, only one of the two elevators works, and only one of the two windows in the room. Very roomy and well-suited for business meetings (couch, dining room table, chairs, living room table) as well as for self-catering (kitchenette well-equipped). Also very close to central train station (7 minute walk)

Surprisingly nice stay

Hotel was A LOT better than the reviews show. I have a feeling a new property management company has taken over the building and cleaned it up. It was an apartment building turned into rooms. When we arrived we actually were greeted by a nice women in the office who gave us our key. Kitchen we also very helpful and had basic items. I'd stay there again for sure! Also, area seemed pretty safe... there were kids and families running around the streets late at night.

No Air con

It was boiling hot and has no air conditioner. They provided me with a fan that the cover was missing, in midday of the night i by mistake touch the rotating van and sliced my finger. Now im going to have a scar for life

Be aware this supposed to be an Ambassador Brand ! It's not It's just a non professional Lodging No Ac ,no respects Charged my card extra without my permission.. If below zero rates is possible this is the winner!

Room was full of dusty, broken toilet. Guess it was bot been used for long time. flyes in the room, not worth for the value.
