A hotel that offers what for a hotel it's core business is: a friendly staaf, comfortable and clean room and a good bed. The facilities are very limited and conveniently located in the centre of Antwerp in the very neighbourhood of the Central station, the environment is quite dirty.

Perfect for a weekend break - right in the heart of the city so walkable to all the main areas. Was immaculately clean, easy parking with was very secure. Felt safe and welcomed by staff. Rooms don’t insulate corridor noise too well, so can hear other guests, if they’re on the louder side.

A new haunt

Visited Antwerp many times and decided to try a new hotel. Very nice in the centre of the city close to the train station, very quiet as well

Most rooms of this hotel give onto a wall of a neighbouring property. Guests have no light and no view in most rooms. It is quite misleading and disingenuous. Do not stay in this hotel.

The hotel was just an 8 minute walk from the train station and near lovely places to eat (a list of local restaurants was provided at reception). All the staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly

My single room had everything I needed. It was quiet. But I would have appreciated more artwork on the walls: it felt rather bland. Also, a residents lounge would be a very welcome touch: the seating area near the reception desk was not particularly inviting.

We had issues with our Wi-Fi and our first Room smelled like cigarettes. But the staff was incredible and moved us to better rooms. They were extremely accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better.
