A LITTLE GEM

To find comfort and parking in one booking is a gem! We walked arround did not even use a bus. A must if you plan a trip to Antwerpen for a day. (The 4 was for the shower tiles coming loose) nothing major.

Some noise from trams and traffic outside, we had city view (=saw the park and the railway station). Great location if you plan to see Belgium by train. We had some really friendly staff and one very rude and unhelpful. Hairdryer was not working and it took 12 hours to get a new one.

Mooie locatie en vriendelijk personeel

2e keer dat ik hier logeer en het is weer prima bevallen. Het was even wat schuiven met meubels zodat ik met zijn rolstoeltje uit de voeten kon, maar dat had ik er graag voor over. Vlakbij het station en eettentjes.

zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Ruime slaap- en badkamer en de mensen waren heel aardig en oplossingsgericht. Mooie locatie zo bij de diamantbuurt en genoeg eettentjes en terrassen om neer te strijken.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

J ai apprécié la courtoisie de l accueil, la chambre confortable, le plateau de courtoisie avec cafetière et bouilloire et des " vraies" tasses, quel bonheur en ce temps froid et pluvieux. La chambre disposait d un petit coin "cosy" avec deux fauteuils et une table et il y avait même une jolie cheminée accueillante au RDC. L accès à l hôtel en voiture a été laborieux ( il n y a pas d indication de directions et encore moins de panneaux orientant sur les hôtels comme en France mais avec une application type Mappy on s s'en sort!) l emplacement est parfait ( parking payant devant , tram, gare et bus à deux pas sans compter commerces et restaurants ). Si l on prend prix, localisation, et le confort, cet hôtel est le meilleur que j ai pu rencontrer jusque là Seuls bémols : -l eau chaude dans la douche/ baignoire, robinet compliqué et peu précis, passant du très tiède au brûlant malgré toutes les tentatives de dosage ! - le plancher dans le couloir , sur lequel les talons résonnent
