Beautiful and light apartment in a fantastic location, overlooking the famous MAS museum and old harbour.
Walk up the first flight of stairs and you`ve arrived. Location-wise, be prepared to enjoy delicious foods, coffees and sight seeing in the area! All within stumbling distances, an ideal `home` in the middle of the most vibrant part of the city!

The apartment has an open living room, that connects to a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area windows open and turn into a lovely balcony, where your morning coffee and chocolate will hit just different. There is a chocolate shop next door, and a fantastic coffee shop 50 meters to the left for refills!

There are 3 bedrooms, all with great beds and high quality linens so you can look forward to a good night sleep. Wake up in the Master bedroom and spot the MAS. The spare bedroom also has a generous queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed that children will love. The bathroom provides soft hotel quality towels and beyond basic amenities.

Traveling for work? You wont find a better working spot than the dining nook, with high speed internet of course. And on a rainy day, we`ve got you covered with a big TV for Netflixing and DisneyPlussing.

Also... did we mention there is a chocolate shop next door? or that the best pastry bakery in Antwerp is right next to the MAS? And that it would take you a 7 day week just to try our list of favorite restaurants, only around the dock?

Het Eilandje has not stolen its name: Antwerp’s oldest port area is surrounded by water. Today, port activity is more concentrated in the north, but the port feeling still prevails here. Taste the old atmosphere of the unloading quay with monumental warehouses, lanterns, hangars and cobblestones. Even if you are familiar with this fast-changing neighbourhood, we recommend that you return regularly because things change so quickly.

Thanks to three crowd-pullers, the MAS | Museum aan de Stroom, the Red Star Line Museum and the Port House, the link between the city and the water is underlined once more.

Het Eilandje is the northernmost neighbourhood of Antwerp. The Port of Antwerp used to be located here, after it slowly moved out of the city centre. So here you will find several docks, some even ordered by Napoleon Bonaparte! And around the docks, you can see the many house-high warehouses, which have now been transformed into fancy lofts.

Het Eilandje is undergoing a huge transformation after years of neglect. Now it is one of the hippest hotspots in Antwerp with top museums, a fully equipped yacht-marina and many top restaurants and bars!

Antwerp is a walking city - just about small enough to get around to every corner of the city in a short stroll. Alternatively, you could sign up for one of the many apps that provide steps or bicycle sharing around the city. Uber operates in the city as well as regular taxi`s and public transportation.
