The Red With Pearls by SHWAY

The Red With Pearls is a beautiful studio located at the ground floor of the SHWAY60 Family House. You can check yourself in with a codelock. The studio has everything you need; a queen size boxspring bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a flatscreen TV with Netflix, a bathroom with a rain shower, a cosy seat for two, a large dining table and high ceilings for a spacious feeling. Super location in the city centre, just perfect to explore Antwerp!

You will enter the studio with a code and step right into the living space. On your left next to the front door, you can find the bathroom with toilet, sink and rain shower. You will take 3 stairs down to the living area and kitchen or you can take 6 stairs up to the sleeping area. The sleeping area contains a queensize boxspring bed, a clothing rack a mirror and a flatscreen TV with Netflix. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, a combi oven, a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, a waterboiler and kitchen- and table utensils. The living area has a 3 meter table where you can work, eat, talk, meet and give a workshop at the same time! In the corner of the living area we provided a seat for two to hang out or read our beautiful books.

As this apartment is located at the bustling city center, it is possible you hear noise from the streets. We provide earplugs just in case you need them!

We can assure you that this is just the best neighborhood of Antwerp. Super central, a quiet street, close to public transfer and free parking Zuiderdokken, in the middle of the best shopping streets and within 10 minutes walking distance from the best restaurants, cafés and museums. The district is called Sint-Andries and it is located in the southern part of the city centre. The district is bordered by the "Historical Center" in the north, the "Theaterbuurt" in the east and "Het Zuid" in the south. Nowadays, it is the fashion centre of the city and a lot of famous Belgian designers are located here. Vintage, design, interior, fashion and boutiques are key words for what to find in this area.

The centre of Antwerp is a low-emission zone, please check the website of the city Antwerp for more information. From Central Station you can take tram 8 to Nationale Bank and walk to the address in 7 minutes. If you are coming with the car, you can park the car at Indigo Parking Nationale Bank (address: Frankrijklei 166, 2000 Antwerp), for €17,- per 24h.
