The room was excellent, especially for such a great price. Check-in was a little slow, as there was only one person at the desk, but all the staff were friendly and excellent! And the Ribbonwood grill has really tasty food at very good prices. I'll be here again!

Waited too long for checkin. We then we had to change room halfway through our first night because the heater was making loud noises and they didn’t have someone to look at it. The second room we were put in was next to the highway where you hear lots of traffic.

The only issue I had was having to walk thru a smoky casino to get into the hotel. And it should be clearer in the booking engine that there is no daily service. However, it was easy to request replacement amenities and the desk attendants were very accommodating and friendly.

Only concierge that was some what welcoming was Whitney. The rest of the hotel staff left me feeling unwelcome and besides myself. This was my first time staying at Cahuilla hotel and i was extremely disappointed and put off. I did not feel welcome at all, and was surprised with a $150 deposit. Now at all the other casino hotels are $75. This information was not provided during booking a reservation. I could go on and on about all the other inconveniences but those could all be excused for exceptional customer service, yet it was poor customer service at best. I dont even want to reflect on my experience as it was absolutely the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. I will not be giving it a second chance as it was that bad.

I highly recommend the spice, the staff courteous and on point always willing to help rooms are excellent one of the best properties we stayed at best value for the dollar 5 Star quality at two star prices don’t wanna rave too much about how great it is because then I can imagine having problems trying to get a room here it’ll be so busy
