The apartment, about 50 m², is located in a semi-detached villa with a private entrance and a large private garden. It is designed for those who want a seaside holiday in a quiet setting, with the convenience of reaching the centre of Rome easily by train.

The bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe, and an additional piece of furniture with space for shoes at the bottom and board games on the upper shelves. A baby cot can be added on request.

The train station is 400 metres away, with direct connections to the centre of Rome in about one hour. The centre of Anzio is roughly 2 km away.

The host Jumpy and his wife are kind and genuine people. Their willingness to answer questions, give great advice about the area and hospitality are unmatched. If we are back in Anzio again we will try and stay with them for sure. The apartment is even better than the photos it is truly like being at home. The space is stocked with everything you could need for a stay. They are truly Five Star Hosts! The access to the train station is only five minutes walk. They have a resident cat that was great company and the garden is a peaceful place to relax after the bustle of city.

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht....schöner idylischer Garten. Strand gleich in der Nähe, wo schönste Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen kann. Supermarkt und Bahnhof sind auch nicht weit. Man kommt schnell nach Rom. Giampiero ist ein sehr freundlicher, herzlicher Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar. Sehr zu empfehlen! :)
