Lovely staff, Giulia from reception was extremely kind! Breakfast is good, the room always impeccably clean, it can be a little noisy or smell a bit of cigarette, but most of the time it was fine. Great area and plenty of nature :)

Room was pretty basic, cleanliness ok. Hotel is quite a distance from things, we were on foot but ok if driving. Roughly 15/20 minute walk to the train station and they run regularly. Staff were good. Member of staff working on the Thursday and Friday night was brilliant, she aided us in getting a meal despite an 11pm arrival, went out of her way to help us at every interaction

The hotel is near the airport; the front desk staff were super nice. The lobby is also cozy. The rooms are a bit old, and you can really hear the next rooms. At breakfast, the food often ran out, and getting more was quite slow.

If you can call this a ‘hotel’ it is in an industrial estate. The shower was terrible, it didn’t come out of the head just spirted out the side so couldn’t shower properly. Dark & dingey inside and out

We left our laundry and they tried to charge us 200€ for washing and drying roughly 30 pieces including mostly socks and undergarments. We complained because it took 4 days to get the laundry done then the 200€ ($223.00) price tag. They reluctantly lowered it to €100 and said they would only service the room every other day then. We got our room serviced 1 more time after our laundry debacle. It’s been 5 days since the last service. 1 bath towel each.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché dichiarava di accettare cani e, dal sito, risultava avere anche un ampio spazio esterno. Viaggiando con il nostro cane, per noi era un requisito fondamentale.All’arrivo però abbiamo avuto subito una sorpresa: la camera assegnata non aveva balcone ma solo una finestra. Facendolo presente, ci è stato detto che solo le camere singole dispongono di balcone, cosa che non era affatto chiara al momento della prenotazione.Rientrati in stanza, abbiamo lasciato il cane dentro per uscire brevemente. Al nostro ritorno l’addetta della reception ci venne incontro per comunicarci che il cane era scappato via, raccontandoci un vago e non ben preciso tentativo di poterlo bloccare. È stato un momento di grande stress e paura: quella che doveva essere una vacanza rilassante si è trasformata in un’esperienza traumatica. Solo grazie all’aiuto e alla disponibilità delle persone del posto siamo riusciti a ritrovare il nostro cane, con un pizzico anche di fortuna visto che l hotel si affaccia su una strada molto trafficata Quello che lascia davvero l’amaro in bocca è la totale mancanza di attenzione e responsabilità da parte della struttura: nessun supporto concreto durante la ricerca e nessun gesto, nemmeno minimo, per compensare il disagio subito (nemmeno il rimborso del soggiorno del cane).Sconsigliato a chi viaggia con animali: la struttura presenta porte facilmente accessibili e non offre le condizioni di sicurezza adeguate per chi ha con sé i propri pelosi

Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Das Bad war sehr beengend, sogar meine zierliche Freundin hatte Probleme in die Dusche zu kommen weil der Eingang so eng war. Der Kühlschrank hat auch nur bis Zimmertemperatur gekühlt. Was man dem Hotel aber zu gute halten muss ist das nette Personal.
