Our apartment, set in a building built in 1951 and declared a house of historical interest, retains the charm and texture of the old dwellings and is surrounded by a well-kept garden of considerable size. The property is close to the historic center of town, which can be reached in a 5-minute walk, and is therefore strategically located, close to all services, stores, restaurants and even the Aosta/Pila gondola. The accommodation, of 114 sq m, consists of an entrance hall, a living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed as well as a workstation for smart working, a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and all necessary utensils, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds) and 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers (one with a bathtub).
