Located in Aouste-sur-Sye in the Drôme Valley, Gîte La Peyrolle welcomes you to a renovated 70 m² stone house that can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, an additional toilet on the ground floor, and a high chair for families with young children.



Enjoy a private, uncovered 30 m² terrace and a tree-lined garden—perfect for relaxed meals with a plancha. The gîte is part of a beautiful stone house shared with the owner’s residence.



Three shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience. A bicycle garage is available upon request, as well as a motorcycle shelter. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



The accommodation is 1 km from the village center, where you will find shops, a bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, and tobacco shop. The Drôme river and its canoe base are just 1 km away, ideal for water activities and access to cycling routes. The location is perfect for exploring the Vercors Natural Park, the famous Crest Tower, Drôme Provençale, and the Ardèche Gorges.
