A estadia no hotel foi boa. Ótima localização, os funcionários educados e prestativos. Possui uma sala para guardar as malas. O cafe da manha é razoável, poucas opções e o sinal da Internet no quarto é fraco.

Hospedagem em família.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na lateral do Santuário e próximo da entrada do estacionamento do Santuário. Quartos confortáveis com camas muito boas, smart tv, e uma excelente ducha. O café da manhã, servido em amplo restaurante, poderia ser melhor e com mais variedade.

Exceção?????

Ao descermos para jantar no hotel dentro do intervalo de tempo estipulado pelo próprio hotel fomos informados que nosso atendimento, se realizado, seria uma exceção. Aparentemente de acordo com o hotel temos uma nova interpretação para o verbete exceção!!!!! Este evento foi decepcionante, o restante da estadia foi ok!

Muito a melhorar

Hotel novo, limpo, café da manhã simples porém saboroso, bem próximo a uma das entradas da Basílica. O que ficou a desejar foi não possuir ducha higiênica junto ao sanitário, frigobar sem nenhum item, nem água tinha, para consumir tínhamos que ir até o restaurante buscar! Precisa de gerenciamento mais apurado, (apesar de muito educada a dona do hotel) pois na chegada não localizaram a nossa reserva e na saída cobraram refeições que não fizemos e também as diárias que paguei na chegada foram cobradas novamente... E nem tinham muitos hóspedes...Foi um pouco desorganizada a estadia por esses motivos.

A melhorar

Hotel com boa localização e limpo. Ar condicionado do quarto luxo: muito fraco (não gela pelo tamanho do quarto ) Chuveiro: boa pressão porém o espalhador de água estava estragado. Água se concentrava no meio Café da manhã: fraco Os cantores de que estavam no restaurante a noite é melhor não ter.
