Perfectly situated within an olive grove, Grand Luxe Villa offers open views of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The villa is equipped with modern amenities and features comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces designed for a pleasant stay. With stylish yet practical interiors, it provides a balanced mix of comfort and functionality. Spanning 150 sq. m. over two levels, the property accommodates up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, offering ample space for families or groups.


Grand Luxe Villa is located close to Mathes village, approximately 1.6 km from Kournas Lake, and 21.5 km from the Old Town of Rethymno, making it convenient for exploring the area.
