KS1 Luxury Villa offers guests the opportunity to truly immerse themselves in the Cretan experience. Within easy reach from the island’s famous Kournas Lake and the popular town of Georgioupolis our villas combine a contemporary, modern style with supreme comfort.
Built in 2022 our villas offer guests an exclusive, relaxing experience all within the idyllic setting of Greece’s most hospitable island. Our philosophy is simple: to offer first-rate hospitality coupled with unrivalled privacy.

Ground floor

● A large living-dining room with a corner sofa bed (can accommodate one guest) with direct access to the terrace and the pool area.
