This stunning 4 bedroom villa is located in the beautiful and picturesque region of Crete and more specifically near Plaka, next to Almyrida (only 4-5min drive) offers a luxurious and serene setting, with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens, featuring a private infinity pool and outdoor terrace. Inside, the villa is spacious and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Beach only 700m away!

Our place offers four modern bedrooms. All are beautifully decorated with modern touches, wooden and concrete furniture.
Three bedrooms have a king size bed and one bedroom has two single beds; bedside tables, lampshades, and wardrobes are in all bedrooms

• Bathroom
There are 4 bathrooms fully equipped and designed in high standards. All kinds of essentials, towels & toiletries are provided for our guests.

• Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities. Beautiful surfaces and counters give you this extra wooden feel and you can prepare any kind of a meal without any hassle! The kitchen has access to the terrace through the first living room.

• Living Room
Entering our property, guests are welcomed to a spacious and cozy living room. The living rooms have sofas (each can sleep TWO people), and a coffee table plus one more cosier sitting area with TV. Plenty of light and views coming from the doors and windows and of course there is direct access to the terrace. The room is air-conditioned.

• Outdoors
Our property has beautiful, spacious terraces with views of the Aegean sea. Swimming pool is PRIVATE and is not SHARED with one anyone else.
