This lovely home is set on a shaded block as the name suggests by Oak and Pine trees. Tastefully renovated with timber flooring this property oozes charm. Located in a quiet street 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants the Oak and Pine property is good value and sure to impress.

- Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, m/w and dining table with 6 chairs.

- Living area comprises TV, CD player, DVD, wood heating (Please bring your own wood as wood is NOT supplied by the owner), electric heating, 2 x 3 seater sofa, 2 x armchairs.

- Single story weatherboard home.

- Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed and reading lamp.
- Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed and reading lamp.
- Bedroom 3: 2 x Bunk sets and reading lamp. (Access to bedroom 3 is through bedroom 2)
- Bathroom: Bath, shower over top, vanity and toilet.
- Laundry: Cupboard style laundry in kitchen with washing machine.

Terrible never again

Smelt of mould very badly mould on wall. Part ceiling in lounge falling in, near light , paint peeling, front porch had large crack easy to trip on, no light in refrigerator. Microwave door button gets stuck have photos to show how bad.

Spacious and charming

Great place, large rooms, lovely atmosphere. Ten minute walk to beach. Great Ocean Road Real Estate staff were very friendly and responsive

Neat and peaceful property

Thank you for a lovely stay in Apollo Bay! We were so lucky with the beautiful weather while there. The check in process was very smooth with clear communication. The house is a little way back from the Main Street so nice and quiet, and was neat and comfortable with everything we needed. The extra blankets were much appreciated. My only suggestion is perhaps the pots and pans could be replaced, as they were a bit worse for wear.

Nice property for a very good price but the hot water was completely off for the first day. Would have been nice to then get a partial refund.
