Property was very run down. The shower head was all taped up, no fan in the bathroom for the shower. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited. Barely any choices. Parking lot has huge potholes so if you aren't careful, you will wreck your vehicle.

The street you have to take to get to the hotel has huge potholes and it was a long, winding road to get to the office. The doorways to the rooms were narrow and the room smelled of stale smoke, faintly. It was clean and had a good breakfast. For the price it was decent.

A value shopper by nature, I selected this hotel based on price, but was blown away when I met the staff, saw the rooms, and enjoyed the coffee and continental breakfast... Two thumbs up from me! Ken

I loved coming to this hotel the customer service was amazing loved the guy that was working 2/11 night! I brought 2 dogs paid before the night and called. They put me in a great room right next to the door, very easy access outside. Breakfast was good should have some fresh fruit maybe some apples very easy. Loved everything would definitely stay again!

Not bad - but not great either

The customer service was friendly - although the day lady was on their personal phone when I came up to the desk a couple times - she did get off when I approached though. They also had a sample deodorant since my son forgot his (but it was only for females). There is no sound proofing in the building, I heard every single time a door shut, conversations in the hallways and other rooms, kids screaming (which I did bring to the attention of the front desk), and it sounded like a herd of elephants were upstairs every time someone went down the hallway. I could also hear dogs barking (although this was not constant). Quiet time was from 11pm to 7am according to the signage but it didn't seem to be enforced. The place was clean and the complimentary breakfast was small but good enough. The room itself was fine although the lamp and outlet didn't work on the desk (I forgot to tell the front desk about that).
