The only thing that was a little concerning was the floor in the pool area. It is very slippery when went even with shoes on.

Check in was fast and easy. We did have to stand there for at least 3 to 4 minutes. There was a lady at the front desk but ignored us, did not greet or say anything to us. Just stood there as if no one was in front of her. A nice lady who was around the corner came in and greeted us to check us in. She was nice. The other lady that ignored us earlier said something to the lady that was helping us. The lady replied that she was helping us at the moment and couldnt get to whatever task she wanted her to do for her, i thought that was rude of her to interrupt her while she was still checking us in. I dont know what her job title is but it would of been nice if she greeted us or informed us that someone will be helping us shortly instead of ignoring us. Other than that the lobby was beautiful. I loved the set up of it. It felt cozy and nice. The pool/ dome area was amazing and surprisingly very clean. The hotel was full and even though there were alot of kids there, the hallways was very quiet. Good variety options for breakfast. Our room was clean, beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff at the pub was friendly. Most staff were friendly and nice. Will be coming back in the future.

We were experiencing a snowstorm during our stay and having the small bar available with complimentary drinks was a nice treat. Ashley and Mary were wonderful bartenders and made our stay nicer when we didn’t want to venture out in the snow. Really nice ladies!
