In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage, public parking on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 200 m, café, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 54 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Passo del Tonale 44 km, Bormio 53 km, Livigno 89 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Iseo 67 km. Hiking paths: Lago Palabione, Pian di Gembro, Laghetto delle Rane. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Please note: pets not allowed.
