Des découvertes successives de désagréments d’abord sur l’état de la piscine toujours inutilisable à notre arrivée et un entretien minimaliste de la part du propriétaire Des travaux dans la résidence mitoyenne sans information préalable alors que ces travaux étaient connus du propriétaire Des photos prises attestant de la situation Par ailleurs une propreté douteuse des équipements cuisine et des traces alimentaires encore présentes sur la vaisselle dans les placards Intervention d’un « voisin «  âgé distribuant de la nourriture à des chats vêtu d’une chemise sans dessous en pleine matinée aux abords de la piscine La gentillesse des personnes chargés de l’accueil a été le seul point positif comprenant qu’ils avaient déjà eu à être confrontés à des départs avant la fin de séjour
