Enjoy ocean views from the private balcony, relax in the cozy living room, and whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or unwinding after a beach day, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and location for your seaside escape.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 2 bedrooms - 2 Cal King beds
- Please note: One of the sleeping areas is a shared space with a full bed that’s connected to the downstairs bedroom. To access this space, guests will walk through the downstairs bedroom, so it's not fully private. It works best for kids or friends who are comfortable sharing space!
- 2 bathrooms
- There are 2 reserved parking spots—one in the driveway and one under the carport. Free street parking is available in front of the home, but street parking can be hard to come by during the busy months.

The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

If you're looking for a more tranquil vacation, this might not be the best fit.
- Please note: One of the sleeping areas is a shared space with a full bed that’s connected to the downstairs bedroom. To access this space, guests will walk through the downstairs bedroom, so it's not fully private. It works best for kids or friends who are comfortable sharing space!
