This 2BR/2BA ground-floor villa offers luxury and convenience with partial ocean views and no stairs. Key features include:

• Spacious 1350 Sq ft layout
• Sleeps up to 6 guests
• King bed in master, queen in second bedroom
• Three ocean-view patios

ADA Features:
• Ground-floor location with no stairs
• Walk-in shower with grab bars (hall bathroom)
• Wheelchair-accessible sinks (Kitchen & hall bathroom)
• Lowered closet bars in spare bedroom
• Newer laminate floors. All hard surface flooring.
• Handicap parking stall in front of the unit

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher

A Very Sweet Sixteen!

This place was amazing! The location was fantastic, the unit was spotless, beautifully furnished and equipped. So many thoughtful touches that they are really too numerous to list, including toiletries in case we forgot anything. Would definitely come back!

The beach condo was very comfortable, clean, everything you could possibly need, ADA compliant, and the hostess was very accommodating. Enjoyed the ocean view and trails to the beach. Seeing deer and quail was wonderful to see too! Highly recommend.

Diane left no detail out to assure a comfortable stay at her well appointed, level in condo at Seascape Resort. She anticipated every need, including snacks to enjoy. The accessibility to both the beach and swimming pool, as well as to the grass area, made my 4 & 7 yr old grandsons & their parents very happy! I definitely recommend this rental without any hesitation.
