Directly across the street from the Seascape Golf Course, and just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the beach. Nisene Marks State Park and Capitola Village are also nearby for endless outdoor fun and dining.

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Nice 2 day in Santa Cruz

Very nice property. Owners remodel was well done. A couple counter top appliances didn’t work right especially, the coffee maker. Don’t know why folks use old drip systems for coffee in these rentals. Ground coffee was old n sugar packet were bad cause they have been affected by moisture. Carpet starting up the stairs was very stained.

Loved the ping-pong table in the garage Overall the house was great- needed to be closer to the beach & local activities esp the Santa CruzBoardwalk. Thanks for our lovely visit!!
