O hotel prestou um serviço excelente. A cordialidade dos funcionários foi sem igual. Localização, limpeza dos quartos e a variedade do café da manhã é indiscutível. Recomendo a todos!

Amazing experience, midweek offseason, deserted!

What a great find! Gorgeous location on a remote beach a few miles from the nearest village down a rickety cobbled street. We stayed midweek in September, there were perhaps three other rooms of the 48 occupied, we basically had the place to ourselves. This meant they didn't staff either of the two bars, though you could always get a drink if you asked at reception. It also meant personalised breakfast, a bountiful supply of fruits, breads, cakes and savouries, adjusted for any special requirements such as me as a vegetarian. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. In fact the maintenance of the whole place was extraordinary - there were usually two or three workers doing maintenance all the time, painting the eves, fixing the lights, mowing the lawn, sweeping the coconut flowers - the place is in phenomenally good condition thanks to the care taken by the property. Pool is nice, again maintained spotlessly. And the beach is lovely, and it's all yours - there's nothing for miles around. No wifi, which is pretty poor in 2018. That's the only complaint I can think of. Service was exemplary, my Brazilian friend said it's way better than you usually get in Brazil. As a same-sex couple we were treated with respect and no hint of prejudice. Just book yourself in here. Stay a few days, relax completely. We loved it.

Foi otimo, as meninas sao super simpaticas, em geral toda equipe alegre sorridente, cafe da manhã bem tradicionais, atenteu bem para nós. Tivemos um probleminha no ar e logo trocaram o quarto. Equipe nota 10.

Acomodações simples, porém limpas e bem cuidadas. Pessoal educado e receptivo. Café da manhã gostoso e variado. Detalhe negativo é o estacionamento rotativo com poucas vaga, Fora isso o hotel é otimo!!!

Foi uma experiência terrível. Fiquei num quarto que o ar condicionado não gelava e teve um curto circuito que colocou em risco a minha família. Quartos com baratas. Fui deslocado para outro quarto que o ar condicionado tb não gelava. Desisti no terceiro quarto que, embora fosse ruim, não tinha.mais forças para solicitar um novo. Decepcionada

Estadia decepcionante devido as condições do local. Higiene dos banheiros precárias, azulejos muito sujos, box da cama aparecendo a madeira (inclusive me machuquei nas madeiras expostas da cama) O quarto caia a energia continuamente todos os dias. O que salva nesse hotel são os funcionários que são educadíssimos e seguram a insatisfação e estresse dos hospedes tentando remediar, a localização que boa, mas o restante péssimo. Reservei esse hotel pela pontuação da hoteis.com de 8,2. Mas a pontuação verdadeira não chegaria a 5, principalmente pela falta de higiene dos banheiros e a precariedade das áreas comuns. A área da refeição por exemplo possui vários aparelhos de ar condicionado, mas apenas um que se encontra próximo a porta funciona, os demais são apenas enfeites o que torna impossível permanecer no local por muito tempo.

Hotel bom vale pelo valor.

Hotel bacaninha bem localizado, próximo a orla de Atalaia e do Bairro Farolandia. Ponto negativo é não tem estacionamento, poucas vagas na frente do hotel ou tem que estacionar na rua. Não tem telefone no quarto, no caso é pelo whatsapp pra falar com a recepção. A internet cai toda hora pelo menos segundo andar. Muito bom o atendimento dos funcionários, são cordiais e prestativos e em especial a Sra. Silvia que trabalha no café da manhã que é muito simpática.

Como minha estada foi apenas de uma noite, não dá pra fazer um julgamento amplo. Apontaria alguns itens: O aparelho de ar condicionado foi subdimensinado para o tamanho do quarto, travesseiros muito ruins com enchimento quase inesistente e não possui estacionamento.

Localização excelente ! Café da manhã bom! Senti falta de cadeira no quarto ,tinha uma mesa,porém sem cadeira , e pedimos uma toalha na recepção ,já que ao limpar o quarto a camareira nao tinha feito a reposição e a reposta do recepcionista foi que toalha so com a camareira! Então a ultima noite ficamos sem toalha ! A sorte que sempre levo uma de praia! Mas no geral ,gostei! A internet tb é bem ruim!
