Escolhi um quarto econômico para uma viagem solo. Quarto pequeno, como deveria ser, mas beeeem confortável. Cama e travesseiros macios. Limpinho. Banheiro com água quente e fria. Toalhas em ótimas condições de uso. Café da manhã bem gostoso com cuscuz, várias bolos e pães, suco de laranja natural e frutas disponíveis. (Só senti falta de beiju/tapioca). Quanto aos funcionários do hotel foram todos muito gentis e atenciosos. A localização do hotel é ótima, pois fica próximo a farmácias e locais com comida. Além disso, o hotel é silencioso. Consegui dormir tranquilamente. Certamente voltarei em outras oportunidades.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

Péssima experiência!!!! A pior de todas! O hotel por fora é “lindo”, mas quando entra, de péssima qualidade. Quartos sujos, cobertores desconfortáveis e água gelada!! Além disso, a acústica é péssima! Mesmo trocando de quarto, nada resolvia. O hotel fica localizado em uma avenida extremamente movimentada, onde você escuta absolutamente tudo. Além disso, dá para ouvir o barulho dos demais quartos e conversas paralelas. Eu tive prova no dia seguinte, e fui extremamente prejudicada por não ter conseguido dormir nada. E pior, o setor de reserva me informou que os quartos eram confortáveis, silenciosos.. tudo mentira! Até o rapaz que me atendeu no período noturno havia me dito que a informação foi passada da maneira errada, pois o hotel não era silencioso. Tive que mudar no dia seguinte para o íbis, que tinha localização também em avenida movimentada, mas tinha estrutura que ajudava a vedar o acústico. Foi outra experiência!! Que arrependimento… nunca mais esse hotel!

Otimo cusro benefício

Todos muitos simpáticos, localização boa, cafe da manhã dentro da proposta do hotel. Única questão talvez as paredes um pouco finas ou meus vizinhos eram exageradls, pq dava impressao q estavam abrindo minha porta quando na verdade era a do lado. Tirando isso, muito bom pela proposta oferecida e o valor pago.
