The hotel is a messy. It said it was under construction but it break all rules of hygiene. The sfaff were under pressure and unhappy.

A localização é muito boa, funcionários são prestativos. Fiquei no segundo andar de frente ao mar, que me informaram que já estava reformado, a área externa era grande mas não tinha iluminação e tinha piso solto então fico imaginando os outros. A estrutura do hotel tem tudo para ser boa mas ainda precisa de muita melhoria. Os móveis são antigos, a cama não era tão confortável, e a porta do banheiro não fechava (estava com mecanismo da fechadura aberta e girada impedindo até de encostar), e mesmo reportando nada fizeram. Eles deveriam pegar 1 andar por vez e reformar absolutamente tudo pois reformar aos poucos não vejo como uma solução viável.

PRECISAM MELHORAR

O quarto que ficamos hospedados estava com dificuldade na abertura da porta para a sacada, porta ruim, Ar Condicionado com baixa eficiência, as vezes faltava água na geladeira da recepção.. A cereja do bolo foi algumas baratas que matei dentro do quarto. Vi que estão fazendo reformas e precisa urgente!

Quarto com várias infiltrações, manchas na parede, tranca da janela e da porta do banheiro quebradas. Além de móveis velhos, muita barata e mosquito. Chek in e checkout fora dos padrões das pousadas e hotéis da região. Hora do chek in às 15hs, e ainda tivemos que esperar livrar um quarto já era quase 16hs, situação que ocorreu com vários hóspedes, a limpeza do quarto só é feita a partir das 15hs.

O hotel está as ruínas,paredes descascadas e as pinturas mofadas. As camas duras horríveis! O café foi a única coisa que prestou, muito bom. Não tem serviço de quarto e os móveis do quarto caindo as pedaços. Não tem elevador e na escada pingueiras colocando nossa vida em risco de um acidente. O hotel é muito bem localizado. Localização privilegiada.

Hotel é satisfatório

O hotel está passando por reformas, isso é fato. No entanto, considerando a excelente localização e o valor da diária, o custo-benefício é justo. A localização é realmente privilegiada: há bares, restaurantes e a praia bem próximos, tudo acessível a pé. Há também um ponto de patinete elétrico logo em frente, e a caminhada pela orla é super agradável, com acesso fácil à Feira do Turista, praças e outras praias. O atendimento da recepção merece destaque, especialmente a Daniela, que foi excepcional — todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos. Sobre os quartos: estavam limpos, com cama confortável e banheiro amplo e bem higienizado. Tive uma pequena intercorrência no segundo dia com uma goteira no banheiro, mas a equipe resolveu prontamente e isso não afetou minha estadia. Acabei conhecendo dois quartos e ambos estavam em ótimo estado, sem insetos ou sujeira. A limpeza foi feita diariamente durante os cinco dias de hospedagem. As áreas comuns, como corredores e parte externa, também estavam sempre limpas e cheirosas. O café da manhã é simples, mas satisfatório, com ao menos uma novidade a cada dia no cardápio. A área da piscina e o lobby são aconchegantes e agradáveis para relaxar. Resumindo: Gostei muito da experiência. E acredito que nada mais justo após a reforma o preço aumentar — então vale a pena aproveitar agora, pois a localização é realmente excelente.
