Great value for money

It was a one night stay only but a good one. Room was really big. Bed comfortable. Aircon and wifi working. One of the best breakfast buffets during my stay in Brazil. Good location. The only downside is that the hotel is outdated but that is a problem with most hotels in Brazil. Excellent value for money.

Parece que está em reforma, nas fotos é tudo lindo, janela do banheiro sem puxador, entulhos no hall do elevador, ar condicionado barulhento. Mas a crítica é para melhorar, uma diária é tranquilo, mais dias me incomodaria bastante.

Estadia prazeroso, mas com pontos de melhoria

O café da manhã maravilhoso. Só pontuo duas coisas: o Wi-Fi não estava funcionando, falamos e nada foi feito e não tivemos retorno. A outra coisa foi que o banheiro estava vazando, toda vez que íamos usar virava uma lameira, falamos tb sobre isso e nada foi feito. No mais, gostamos muito da estrutura e da cordialidade da equipe.

Mais pontos negativos do que positivos

Precisei trocar duas vezes de quarto. Problemas com ar condicionado, falta de água no banheiro, água do chuveiro não esquentava, tv não ligava. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Coberta precisar ir até a recepção e são muito finas. Colchão de mola sem sustentação, caindo para lado. Pontos positivos são a cordialidade dos funcionários e café da manhã excelente. Localização é muito boa.

Precisa melhorar!

O hotel já foi melhor. Precisando de raparos nos quartos, cortinas soltas, paredes bem feias, mal cuidado, toalhas velhas. No café só servem determinado alimento fins de semana, o que é meio sem sentido. O hotel passa por reforma nas áreas comuns, porém os quartos estão precisando urgentemente de reforma. Atendimento muito bom dos funcionários e área da piscina satisfatória.

Quando cheguei ao hotel o quarto não tinha sido limpo, não tinha nada haver com a foto cheirava a hipoclorito o corredor tivemos que sair do hotel. Foi horrível

Não recomendo!

Bem ruim! Chegamos no hotel às 2 horas da manhã e o recepcionista ofereceu um quarto que estava com a trava da janela quebrada, como o hotel fica próximo da praia o vento entrava direto na cabeceira da cama e um barulho infernal de vento. Sem condições pra dormir. Tentamos avisar a recepção a situação pelo interfone, mas estava sem funcionar. Resumindo, meu marido teve que se vestir às 2:45 da madrugada pra ir até a recepção solicitar a troca de quarto. Foi muito desgastante essa situação. Tivemos que fechar as malas novamente e mudar pra outro quarto. Pra piorar o café da manhã desastroso, cheio de moscas pousando em todos os alimentos. Definitivamente, é um lugar que não recomendo.
