Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, porém as instalações da pousada estão necessitando de reforma. Ficamos em um quarto no qual a água do ar-condicionado estava voltando para dentro do quarto. A limpeza do quarto também deixou a desejar, além de terem nos feito esperar 10 minutos para liberar o quarto e entregar uma chave sem identificação. O motivo foi que outro hóspede havia perdido a chave e o problema não foi resolvido. Assim, ficamos com a chave sem número durante toda a estadia.

Eu poderia avaliar com um score maior, não fosse pequenos detalhes facilmente contornáveis, como um chuveirinho da ducha higiênica desinstalado, por falta de um simples anel de vedação, uma porta de banheiro que não fecha e uma tv sem sinal de internet. Isso não ofusca os pontos positivos, como o excelente atendimento, um ótimo estacionamento e a excelente localização, sem contar com um ótimo café da manhã e ambiente agradável. Eu voltaria a me hospedar na pousada, sem problemas
