No café da manhã eles fazem ovo frito a pedido, atendimento excelente, toda a equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, piscininha boa, localização excelente: na orla próximo dos arcos. Estacionamento para clientes privativo e gratuito, porém poucas vagas. Única coisa que me desagradou foi o blackout do quarto: não veda bem a claridade e no nordeste amanhece bem cedo (5h am). Quartos do bloco anexo são mais antigos e com qualidade inferior, mas são longe do barulho do bar do Flamengo, que fica ao lado do hotel.
