Hospedagem maravilhosa,funcionários atenciosos,alimentação ótima, a funcionária que arrumava o quartos todos os dias deixava um bilhete de bom dia ! Muito educada a kinberly e deixava o quarto cheiroso,o rapaz Mateus da recepção muito simpático e educado,tive um problema de saúde relacionado a lactose e prontamente fui atendida no quarto pela ótima equipe de enfermagem! O resort é incrível, o quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. As piscinas são excelentes! A água no início das piscinas vem bem quente e eu adorei ficar na piscina mesmo no dia frio. O café da manhã e as refeições são regulares, não teve nada que nos surpreendesse, em relação a alimentação.

Boa estrutura de piscinas termais

Hotel de grande estrutura, comida excelente, águas termais bem quente e com muitos equipamentos de lazer, pena que boa parte era pago á parte. Tivemos difculdades nas instalações sanitárias, o vaso estava com entupimento. Quanto ao uso da pulseira eletrônica, para retirar as toalhas da piscina, somente a pessoa que retirou que pode devolver, deveria ter outta forma de dar baixa. E ainda Sugiro que tivesse uma pulseira que permitisse a entrada no quarto, mas sem que estivesse atrelada ao consumo, para que pudesse ser usada por crianças.
