Situated on the garden level (level -1) with lift access, the apartment offers 45 m² of living space, faces east, and enjoys an open view of the swimming pool.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The shower room is en suite to one of the bedrooms. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and an independent WC complete the sanitary facilities.
